New Features - March 2026
Long time, no talk. We're back working on Traili and have a few things to share.
The map is easier to read, mobile got a solid improvement and editing routes is much less annoying.
The map looks better
Improved map styles
Green areas are much more prominent now, namely forests and parks. The map was a bit flat before and it was easy to miss what kind of terrain you were routing through. Should be a lot easier to tell what you're actually riding into.

Improved route preview on mobile
Plan your route on desktop, then open it on your phone when you're actually out. It shows surface types and trail details along the way, so you can decide on the spot whether to stick to the plan or take a different path.

When you modify a route segment, the new path now shows up in real time as you drag.
Pretty basic, but useful feature. Especially when you're trying to route around something specific.
